This is such a beautiful vintage chenille rug, especially if you appreciate the cottagecore aesthetic. It features an elegant oval design that surrounds a graceful muted rose floral design framed by tonal pink leaves. The background of the mat is a creamy warm white, trimmed in sky blue.100% heavyweight cotton. Measures approx 25" Wide x 44" Long, so it will make a nice size accent mat in your bedroom, bath, or wherever you're inspired to display it. Excellent quality chenille - this is a heavy mat, not one of the thin flimsy ones that were more common during the mid-century era. Some fraying to edges which lends a great shabby look.
*This chenille rug has NO rubber or other non-slip backing, so please take that into consideration if safety is a concern. Most early chenille mats did not have any type of non-skid backing, so it can move around.
