It resembles an antique candlewick bedspread pattern popular long ago.Though most of the fabric we sell is chenille or barkcloth, this has a different, much more delicate appearance.
Sourced from a 1950s era bedspread, the refined embroidery like detail gives this piece an almost hand-worked quality that is breathtakingly fine and elegant.
The vintage attributes of this fabric further give it that special, loved essence - you'll likely spot small repairs, skipped/missed stitches, minor fabric separations, etc.
