ABOUT THIS PRODUCT
This is a TRICEL Acrylic vintage candlewick chenille bedspread (NOT cotton). Featuring thick chenille tufting in a mocha color, adorned with a prominent central floral wreath. Original manufacturer's tag states: "Candlewick 100% Tricel, Made in England by Courtauld's". Original factory dye markings are still present, see collage img showing reverse side.This bedspread belonged to my late mother, who likely purchased it in the 1960s. Must love shabby: attributes include missing or cut fringe; a few small holes. Still displays very well.
SIZE: Twin size. Displayed on a twin bed in bright light to show detail and color. If you'd like to see it staged on a Full or Queen size bed, let us know.
FABRIC COMPOSITION: 100% TRICEL. It is NOT cotton.
CONDITION: Unless otherwise stated, our chenille bedspreads are pre-loved, original vintage/antique, and at least 50 years old. All vintage linens show attributes such as small age spots, mends, pinholes & fabric separations, color variations, etc. Virtually all have will have a scent of some type, i.e. from storage, fabric detergents, etc.
