This beautiful cut velvet fabric piece has been sourced from a NOS vintage bedspread, kept treasured away in storage for more than 30 years...If you're looking for a piece of vintage cut velvet that stands out with memorable color, this is that fabric.Approx 24" x 18" piece. Traditional raised cut velvet florals dazzle in what I would call a green shade with golden undertones and a gentle sheen/shimmer to the sculpted florals. Very 1960s vibes.
Fabric is a cotton-rayon blend, and has a "stiffness" to it in contrast to the infamous Bates bedspreads. Fab accent trim along one edge.
