This is a limited edition piece dated 1990, personally signed by a Fenton artist which seems to be "D. Fredrick" (cursive handwriting is hard to make out), numbered #477 out of 3500 pieces made. Has original Fenton sticker affixed to the inside.

It doesn't feel rough to me but I wanted to point it out. You may see a few spots on the glitter, sample also shown. This is a beautiful piece.
